We have just got a new kitchen

We have been very busy lately as Caz has had a new Kitchen put in.

Im sure most of you know we live in Germany and Chris is in the Army. Well they were very pleased to find out the army was paying for ten houses in the street to have brand new kitchen.
There was one set back though we would all have to eat out for 2 weeks while the kitchen was being put it, with a allowance being paid by the army.
Chris took 2 weeks off work to look after us as the builders started work at 7.30 in the morning and would be in and out all day.At first it was nice going out every night to eat, but gradually it became a effort for Caz and Chris, don't ask me why.

I thought you might like to see what the old kitchen looked like and how it progressed.

It was time to fill the boxes with everythin in the kitchen.Ofcourse I took Charge.

Otto was a bit worried about the boxes at first but I eventually got him to help me with organising the boxes and what what Caz should pack first.

We did have a bit of fun with the boxes first though checking them out.

Not a very flattering photo but we were busy helping packing the boxes.

The first day they completely ripped all the cupboards off the walls and then all the tiles, even the tiled floor went.
Otto and I weren't meant to be down this half of the house as it was very dusty and Caz said the men did not need any help.I managed to sneak a look at what was going on, they were doing a good job.

When they took the door off the kitchen to put the new door on the dust went everywhere down stairs and you could see our foot prints on the carpet.

No more eatting out back to normal and some home cooked food.

This is so much nicer than there old kitchen.

Caz and Chris even have a breakfast bar to sit at.

Well we hope you like the finished kitchen not bad for army property.
Its nice though to have all the banging and dust gone back to normal again.

Yummy Yogurt.

We always are lucky to finish the yogurt pots after Caz and Chris has had their fill.I always have caz's pot as she leaves me a good spoonful at the bottom. I'm a gentle tidy eatter.Otto on the other hand has his own technic in getting the last bit out the bottom of the pot .

Otto always says to get the yogurt out the bottom of the pot its always a good idea to get your brother to help wedge it on the end of your nose. Ofcourse I always help.

Otto always gets it stuck on his nose,I dont know how he can breath, but the pot is always empty afterwards.

Otto nearly finished.

After we had finished making sure all the yogurt pot was licked clean Otto being a tidy boy gave Chris back the empty pot.

We had the best time in France. Fenwick invited us over to stay We played all day and the weather was beautiful. We did have to take Caz Chris and Will with us as , come on we needed transport to get there. We noticed they did alot of drinking and eatting until all hours of the night, when they were doing that we played chase most of the time.

We understood we could not go to all the places that Caz Chris and Will wanted to visit we were quite happy to have the run of the house down stairs when they were away. Here are some more photos of a brill day.

This is Mont Saint Michel (also written Mont-St-Michel) is a small rocky island about 1 km from the north coast of France at the mouth of the Couesnon River in Normandy.

The mount is best known for the medieval Benedictine Abbey and steepled church that occupies most of the 1km-diameter clump of rocks jutting out of the waters of the English Channel.

I have let Otto do a little blogging today to tell you about what happened to Mr goggle eyes.

I love Mr Goggle eyes he is my favourite toy at the moment. Caz says he is ugly and stinks but I bet you agree guys out there the smellier toy the better.

I like to carry it round alot its nice and smelly and soggy.

Let me stop playing with goggle eyes for a bit of rough and tumble.

Let me start by apologising for neglecting my blog.
The last couple of months I've been very busy looking after Otto and making sure he is being well behaved. The weather has been gorgeous and Caz and Chris have been out in the evenings to concerts and makeing sure we have some nice walks, going via the beer gardens for grossa beers.Lots of things have happened William has nearly finished his army trade training and has just found out his first Posting is going to be 45mins away from us in Gutesloh. Caz is sooooooooooooooo pleased that he will be in Germany with us. He will be joining the 2 LSR this is the regiment there and will be a qualified mechanic.Caz and Chris are so Proud it will mean lots of visits to see me too.
Lilly is well and finding the heat very tiring she just never wants to work theses days.

Well I thought I would begin my blog again by posting some pics of Otto and me on our walk on monday. Otto has really grown and thankfully Caz stripped us a week ago so we are feeling cooler in the heat.I must admit she had her work cut out with us hand stripping us one after the other but she managed it and I think she did quite a good job.

I think that Otto has Grown into a very handsome young man now that he is one year old last week.

Otto was running That fast he nearly started flying with those big ears.

I heard Otto say HELP HELP!!!!! There's a scarey monster after me.
I've got something scarey going on with my eyes in theses photos.

Its ok Otto its only me.

Wait for me Ludo.

What a wet and horrid day even though it was raining it was very muggy.
We went for a walk in the woods.When we got back to the car Caz took some photos of us in the boot.
Why you may ask?????? Well I havent got a clue but we tried not to look at her, but eventually gave in as otherwise we would never had got home and dried off.

Well you will never guess Caz and Chris went away with friends to see Simply Red in concert in Munich.We could not go as it would take 6 hours on the train to get there and we would not be allowed in the concert.They stayed in a very posh Hotel for the week end.

Chris has taken some photos of the beautiful city. We hope you enjoy.

The models in the middle went round to music it was fantastic to watch this happenend in the middle of the day everyone stopped to watch it was great.

This was a beautiful palace.

The Hofbrauhaus was a fantastic beer house I think they came out of here slighlty merry.

This lady carried these full of beer.Caz managed to hold one in 2 hands .

This lady is a local of the beer house, it is normal for her to dress like this when she comes to the pub.The locals have their own steins that are kept in the little lockers behind her and each locker has a small padlock to secure their stein.

The resident band played for beer, they got up and walked around the beer house playing to everyone drinking.

They came accross a basket of fruit on a table in the street. What a surprise they got.

Then out of the table a head popped out this was after Caz gave some money.

They met the invisibleman caz was not impressed with this street artist.

I'm hoping now Caz will carry on blogging now. Do you know she hasn't taken any photo's of us for ages. I'm going to have to take some photo's of Otto and sneak them on here if she isn't going to.

Our friend Fen

This is our best friend Fenwick. We walk with Fen and she comes round alot to play in our garden when Kaz and Caz have a cup of tea or sometimes something strongher.
We really get on well together,she loves to play with Otto they are around the same age just youngsters. I like to join in sometimes but normally I just let them get on with it.

I heard Fen say "come on guys I maybe small but i can take both you two guys on".

I let Otto and Fen have a wrestle and sat and watched.

Blimey Fen you have big ears.

Right lets just check your nice and clean

Fen is sniggering she says "Hahaha I can play at bitey face too, I love my friends but i can tire them out".

Half way through this post Caz rushed off to help Fen and her mum. Fenwick got run over by a bike and badly injured her foot. Caz has spent the afternoon at the vets with Fen and her mum, as she had to have a small op to stitch her foot. After her ordeal at the vets she is now at home, very dopey and feeling very sorry for her self. Her foot is all badaged and she is on anitbiotics and pain killers. I'm hoping that she will be back to her normal self soon. I think she will be resting for a while.

Wow its been a while

On Saturday we had a invitation to go to our breeders for a party. It was to celebrate the anniversary of the dog's she had breed.
We were looking forward to seeing our brothers and sisters and all the rest of our family.
We all met and had a group photo taken which would be going in the paper.After the photo we were all allowed off our leads every one was good Otto went straight where they were serving the cake and I took my self off for a sniff around the agility area where the party was being held. All the Airedales were as good as gold and ended up back with the right owners.
We then set off for a walk it was about 30 mins so not to far for Otto.
When we got back Bratties and chips were served for the humans and we had party bags of treats.
We all watched as one dog and his owner showed us how we should behave on and off the lead, well Caz nd Chris watched,I watched there brattie and chips it was far more interesting just incase they dropped a chip.

This is us when we arrived at the meet.Emma had bought some bandana's for us to ware I was not keen at first to ware them but I think we look quite dashing in them .I had the blue one and Otto had the black one with the skull and cross bones on it, as after all he is the devil dog hahahahahahahha.

A photographer came and took a group shot of us all, it took a while to get organised but we got there in the end.

There were loads of photo's being taken.

we both stood with the others we were very patient.

We went to the river first before we went for a walk and some of the dogs went for a swim. I thought not likely.

We then set off on our walk in a long line, we were all very well behaved.

We walked over a bridge and through the village Lots of people slowed down and looked. I think they were surprised to see how many Airedales there were all together.

Thanks Neko for this new award it was very kind of you and I had fun reading your 10 things about you, now i feel I know you more.
I have got Caz to list 10 things about me so you can all get to know me better.
Here goes.

1. I've also have loads of names which yes I sometimes forget that my name is Ludo they are Poohdy, spanky bot, dude.
2. I like to sneak on the bed at night and curl up at the end of the bed ( if you curl up dead small they don't know your there try it)
3. Will only drink out of a fresh water bowl I don't do gritty slobbery water.
4. When I'm i the garden I like to sit for ages looking and watching making sure everything is just right.
5. When we are out on outtings I will only drink from a bottle.
6. Like to sit on the top step by the attic as this is a good place to get some peace away from Otto.
7. Only come in from the garden when i want to.
8.Im convinced I can see dead people I am often seen to be staring up at the ceiling barking.
9. Hate the spec savers advert with the sheep dog in it I can hear it when ever it comes on in the house and alsways bark at it.
10.I defend the house from all dogs that come out of the TV.

Well what a surprise both of us are stripped and do you know Caz is having trouble telling us apart when we are running around the garden. Have a look and see if you can tell who is who.

I think Caz my have to get a different colour collar when Otto gets bigger.

As you can see it snowed this morning and we had good fun running around.

We went to a dog show in Muenster and Caz put these doggles on us Lots of people came over and took photo's of us and thought we looked great.

William 's passing out parade from Harrogate.

Before Christmas Caz and Chris went backk to England to attend Williams Passing our parade from the Army Foundation College in Harrogate.
They were very proud as they watch him on the square.
His platoon was Champion platoon as they were the best of the intake.So they were priveledged to carry the banner and lead the parade.

Caz says it was a fantastic day even though it was freezing the weather was forgotten as everyone enjoyed the parade.

Caz wante me to post these pics as William has now returned to England for faze 2 of his training. Even though they will all miss him they know that he will enjoy his next part as this is the mechanic side of his training.

We have had snow for over a week now and because its been up to -15 at night the lake here in Muenster has frozen over. The lake is in the middle of the town and yesterday we went for a walk and was shocked to see how many people were on the lake.It was such a beautiful day and with everyone smiling and laughing on the ice it became very infectious and soon it wasn't cold anymore and we enjoyed our walk seeing people having so much fun.

We had to join in and walk on the lake with everyone else.
I hope you like the pic's I can't wait for the summer to post some pic's of how the lake is when its defrosted.

After lots of good sniffing we ended up with white beards and moustache's of course again we had are photo's taken.

I had a christmas present from my friends molly and Taffy I was very cool and tried my hardest not to get to excited. Emma helped us unwrap the present and I had 3 toys a ball a sqeaky penguin and a christmas reindeer.

We both put our heads in the parcel excited to get what ever was in there out.

I let Otto have a sniff while Emma took the paper out of my mouth.

Emma helped me take off the labels before I could have some fun with it.

It wasn't long before Otto ran off with it.

I managed to sneak off with it for a bit.

Of course we shared it in the end

So thank you very much we both enjoyed playing with all our presents and so did are friend Fenwick when he came to stay.

Today we went off in the car to the woods.I love going in the woods and today was Otto's turn. We only went for a short time but it was really fun. I made sure I had a good run around, checking everything out. Otto loved it. I know there will more walks with Otto to come, so even though we did not go far it was fun.

We are waiting to set off on our little walk in the woods.Of course we had to pose for photo's

We walked together and I showed Otto it was ok to go a little way away from Chris and Caz.I'm quite a big dog look at Otto, he is growing fast he is now 4 and a half months old.

I met a huge black giant shnauzer he wasn't that friendly Otto stayed out the way but I was brave and said hello.

Otto rain through the leaves he loved it.

It was a lovely walk over the little bridges and through the woods.

We went down to the river I sniffed the water and then leapt over the river to the other side and then I had to jump back.

We went back in the car and stopped at the garage Chris filled the car up with diesel while we waited.

Of course Otto had to jump up on the back of the chair only to look out but I thought "Muddy foot prints on the new leather seat arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh".

I sat like a good boy no dirty paws on the back of the seat I know better.

Then back home for a sleep we needed it.No bitey face tonight,well may be otto might want to later.

Today we woke up to more snow we only had a little yesterday but today there was more. Otto and I have become such good friends over the last weeks. Ive not played so much in such a long time.I don't mind he is my bruver so I never really get sick of him.
He is growing so big I'm hoping he will slow down growing soon I want to be the big one in this house. Here are some more pic's of Otto and I we are the bestest buddies in the world.

Well life at the mo is very different
so busy we have not had any time to get on the laptop and blog, I blame Otto he is so gobby I think I've gone deaf.

We went to the dog show to get some new grooming combs and we found a really good comb its like the Coat King but this one makes life much easier as it takes out the under coat so quickly and its easy to use. Caz took a few photo's of course we took Otto with us I think he spent more time being carried caz is so concerned he doesn't tire his little legs out.

This good looking dog had dread locks he was huge like a big mop.

William and Otto went to say hi to a st Bernard he was so slobbery he wore a bib.

We stopped as Fen wanted to tell Otto something.

Otto was really good and copied me by walking nicely beside William

Fenwick came with us.

I wish someone would carry me up all the stairs.

We had a great afternoon I think William was pleased when we were back at the car no more having to carry that heavey lump.

Things have been hectic here so sorry for not posting sooner it was Caz's birthday last Thursday so I thought you might like to see some of her Pressies.

This beautiful card was from Molly and Taffy's mum. It looks just like Lilly dont you think. Lots of time and effort went into sewing this.Caz will keep it in our Otto and mines stripping room on the wall.

caz Had a hot rabbit from Chris you put the inside beans into the micowave and they heat up like a water bottle can't wait to see haow that works.
The dvd was from Emma caz has started collecting king of queens she thinks its really funny.
The necklace and ear rings was from Will I expect she will ware this some where posh.

Last night we all went to the pet shop I think this was abit of a treat for Otto as he had a nasty tic, so caz and chris popped into the vets to get some Advantix treatment. We don't use front line here in muenster as the tic's are used to it so it does not help kill the tics.The vets is right next door to the pet shop its a huge pet shop called The Zoo.Any thing your heart desire is sold there, for any pet.Caz can spend ages in there which we quite like.Otto liked it as when you go through the front door there is a big bowl of dog treats and water which you can help yourself to.I'm a bit fussy so sniffed the bowl but decided against it as you just don't know who's had there nose in it.Otto on the other hand had to be be moved away as he thought all the treats were for him "pups" I hope he gets his coolness soon like me.

Yesterday I took Otto for a very short walk and I mean short. We drove to the woods and then walked down the path and back again.We must have only been out in the woods 2 mins before we were back in the car. I know his little legs would not manage any further. Otto is starting to really love his early morning play fights.He hangs off my beard,I'm sure at this rate he is going to stretch my beard and help me win Stanley's beard compertition.

Our trip to england

Last week we went on a the Ferry from Calais to Dover.I'm a old hand at this now I have my own passport so it means I can travel from country to country.
We went for 5 days to attend a Golden wedding anniversary. We were really lucky with the weather it was quite hot at one point.
We stayed with Caz's mum in Sussex for 2 nights and also we stayed in Weymouth in Dorset in a caravan for 2 nights.
Unfortunately on returning home we broke down again in our new car and ended up being picked up by a tow truck at 4 oclock in the morning.I enjoyed it as I had to sit in the cab of the tow truck very high up,it was very Exciting.

We went to Bexhill near lewis in Sussex. It was the 2nd time I have ever been to the beach. The weather was quite warm and the sea was so blue.We had a lovely morning there finishing off with fish and chips, eatten out of the paper.Caz said "you can't beat English fish and chips out of the paper".Fish and chips are one of the foods Caz misses living in Germany.We sat on a bench and looked at the sea while munching on the chips.

They could have taken me to a sandy beach,its difficult to run on sinky pebbles.

Even though it was sunny there was no way I was going in for a swim it looked cold.

I checked out the rocks.

We went to chris's parents church where we all had a meal to celebrate parents 50th golden wedding.

Of course the very next day we picked up Otto,so life on my own has changed I'm Loving it having someone to Butt tuck around with.

Well Otto arrived on Tuesday and it's been all go.I know we are going to get on with each other,we have already had such good fun.I've been gentle and kind to him and shown him around the house and shown him the garden.He is slowly feeling more settled and has even explored under the bush's.He likes playing with all my toys I don't mind and I play with his new toys to.

Sunday was the last time we visit Otto the next time we go to Doris's Otto will becoming home with us. Everything is ready at home,I've picked his new toys which I've kept a eye on as they are in the cupboard in my room so i sneak in a push the door open just to check the new toys are still there,might have to have a play with them my self when they emerge from the cupboard.
Otto has grown so much and this vist he sat on Chris's Lap when doris helped Caz with stripping advice, I looked really funny after Doris showed Caz how to strip Half my head and then Caz had to do the other half when she got home. I must admit I looked like my usual COOL DUDE when Caz had finished.

This is my new puppy friend called Fenwick she is a beautiful beagle. Fen came to stay for the weekend when her parents was away.I said I would look after her and keep her entertained.
I let her play with all my toys and my fav toy that was a special toy when I was a pup. We had fun in the garden,in the lounge, in the dining room., in the kitchen in all the 4 bedrooms infact we played all day and night.

I miss her now that she has gone home, even though I'm completely knackered and flat out. Luckily she lives in our street so I can see her often.
I've said she can come and stay again soon, I'm sure she will like my new brother Otto when he arrives.

Caz took loads of photo's so I made her get blogging straight away as recently she has been really busy with William home and then my grandparents came to visit so she has been neglecting my blog.

On Sunday we went to see Otto again and this time I was allowed to meet him and I was very good. I did not mind them running around me even when they tried to hang off my beardy.

Yesterday I watched a brill film.I don't normally watch childrens films but this one caught my eye. This is what I call a cool dude.

If you haven't seen this film yet watch it. It's funny and even though the dog is not a Airedale like me he is defiantely a one COOL DUDE.The scene in the boys bedroom is the best.

The recipe for the apple crumble

I was asked by lorenzo for the recipe for the apple crumble.It's pretty simple

4 big cooking apples
6 oz of plain flour
3 oz normal sugar
3 oz Marg

Just slice the apples into a oven proof dish and sprinkle soft brown sugar over the top.
Then rub the flour,marg and sugar together so that it looks like bread crumbs.
Sprinkle the crumble mix over the top add a futher sprinkle of brown sugar and cook at 180 degrees or gas mark 4.
Put a skewer in to check the apples are cooked and the top should be a nice brown colour.

Serve with cream and ENJOY.

On sunday we made our first apple crumble from one of the 2 huge trees we have in our garden.Caz helped me help collect the apples even though we had to wash them after I got a bit carried away with the slobber.

Look at these yummy apples ready for picking I struggled to get the ones from the top.

I put them in this bucket and then took them to the kitchen

These are the ones I picked, slobber washed off.

This is Caz's recipe book looks like she has really used these recipes, I'm sure I can see a bit of apple crumble on it from the last time she used it .Yuk

Caz peeled the apples, I'm sure they were bigger before she started peeling them.

How long does it take to make a crumble . where has caz gone better keep an eye on it.

Last saturday we decided because it was such a nice day we would go into town for a walk.Muenster is lovely for walks around the lake or what they call the promanade which goes all the way around the city. Its two paths which are lined by trees. One is for the bikes and the other for the humans.It's a fair walk, I've done it before but Caz got side tracked when we came across a large flea market so we ended up cutting the walk short and going to the pub hahahahahahahahahahahha.

I sat quietly with Caz and Will but the bus took a while.

We had to wait for the bus come arrive so I thought it would be good to have a sing song with caz, "The wheeles on the bus go round and round".

I've been on a bus before so I knew I had to sit down and chill out like the cool dude I am.

We came across a flea market it was huge and the weather was so hot we decided to go to a beer garden for a rest and a drink.

Caz bought me a paddling pool at the week end. What better than to invite my friend Lando over to christen it. We had so much fun. All afternoon we played and played and played infact it was dark by the time we went inside. Lando was that tired he just chilled out on his back.

My New Brother

I know some of you have been waiting to hear what my surprise is.
Well............
I could not to wait and tell everyone about my new brother. We went to see him on Sunday.

My mum Evelin had a litter of pups 3 weeks ago, Caz and Chris had spoken to Doris the breeder that the next time Evelin was going to have a Litter they would love a brother for me.
Doris had kept in touch the las few weeks and told Caz the the litter names would all start with the letter Q as each litter is registered with a different letter in germany. Q was a hard letter to find a name with, but Caz and Chris had decided that he would be called

Quizzical Otto (Von der bushmulle)

Quizzical means..
amusing, bantering, comical, curious, eccentric, inquisitive, mocking, probing, questioning, skeptical, teasing

Otto is a german name and as my name is Ludo short for King Ludwig who also had a brother 3 years younger than him called Otto they decided that this would be a good pet name.

Von der bushmulle is the breeders kennel name so this is added on the end.

So this is where my new brothers name come from.

I was not allowed to see Otto this time but Caz told me he has a white chest just like me.
I am allowed to go and Visit in 2 weeks time I'm looking forward to it. Then we will visit again after that. Otto can not come home with us until he is 9 weeks old by this time he will have really grown.

Doris the breeder came out to see me she said I was very handsome and very healthy.
Doris even showed me off to a man who came to see the other pups and told him that this is what Evelins pups will look like when they are fully grown.

We went to muenster Zoo on Saturday Caz is not keen on the zoo but she decided to go as it was the last week end Rob and emma could spend together before he was away on exercise with the Army.So we all went on a family outing. I really had a good time even though at the moment I've got a sore bit between my toes, its not made me limp but they put this silly boot on it to stop me from licking it.I think tomorrow They will take me to the vets. Its better but caz always fuss's I hope my foot is better tomorrow and then i won't have to go. Hope you enjoy my day at the zoo.

This weekend was my Birthday and we had a Barbecue. I had some yummy pressies and ate them immediately. I was 3 years old, I thought they had forgotten but they came home with some chewy treats and some hot dogs for dogs, Caz said they were just like human ones.I had a great day,I thought I would show you some pics of my new garden. I think they have unpacked everything and the house is about straight, so I'm hoping to get back blogging again.

Last night a the May Fest

The last night we went to the May fest was Beatles night. Lots of singing and dancing and of course a few beers. It has been a fantastic week and something to remember as we get ready to leave Osnabrueck.I'm sure when we move to Muenster there will be some sort of music festival there.
Only 2 weeks to go now til we move.We will miss Osnabrueck very much and will leave our friends behind, they will all leave in the next year as all the army will be leaving Osnabruek and handing it back to the German Stadt.

This morning was another gorgeous day 17 degrees at 8.00 and went on to a good 28 degrees, I was glad I went for my walk first thing. The rest of the day I just flaked out in the shade. Then in the evening I played in the garden. I've started playing with my chewy bone the thuglets gave me in feb, I am trying to make it last.

Its so hot and sunny now

Its been so hot and sunny the last few maornings we have been putting the horses in the field early in the morning. Caz took some photo's of Lilly and Beau in the field, I must admit Lilly is looking good.

After we had been to put lilly out in the field I found some yummy hoof clippings that the black smith had trimmed off the horses feet. I play with it before another dog decided to run off with it.

Caz thought it would be good to take a pic of me yesterday with a piece of straw hangin off my nose. Caz had mucked out and i spent most of the time with my head in the wheel barrow.

They ended up back on the town again this time to a Abba tribute band. They had a fantastic time I could tell as they made such a racket when they came home.

Caz and Chris had a day off from the concerts today. Tomorrow they are back out on the tiles watching a Rock Funk and Sould night.
I will be glad when the 2 weeks is up as I have to stay at home as there is to many people about.

William has been on leave for 2 weeks but unfortunately it went so quick and he had to fly back to England on Saturday.
Friday though we thought we would all go to town as it is Mai woche which is May week.
They celebrate in Osnabrueck with normally one weeks of live groups and food stalls and funfair side shows. The streets are packed with live entertainment its just great but very tiring if you want to get all the bands in. This year it stretches for 2 weeks gosh I will need to go on a diet from all the good food and probably have to dry out after all those grosse beers, well you have to join.

So off we went on the bus and headed for our favourite place where we know the good bands go. We had a fantastic evening. The group was from New york, they sang all the songs we knew. so there was lots of singing and dancing by everyone.

They asked if anyone would like to go up on stage and sing. Emma could not miss the opportunity to get up and sing with the band. Then the singer said who else and William was up there like a shot singing and dancing. I don't think they realised how many people were there but the German audience loved them, it was great to see how William and Emma get on so well and are game for a laugh.

This was very clever a man in a frame he was so funny and the worked the audience very well.

The next night out is Monday I think its Abba night.

Horses and Dreams

Yesterday we went out for the day to a big horse shoe called horses and dreams, http://www.psi-events.de/englisch/ this is the web site if you would like to have a look.
The theme of the show was America so there was lots of quarter horses, cow boys and Indians, Monty Roberts (The Horse Whisperer and even cheer leaders which Chris and William showed a lot of interest in .
There was a lot of show jumping and dressage. We took quite a few photo's but we did not want to bore you with lots of horses so I chose the ones I liked.

There were lots of different stalls I found the dog treat stall.

There was loads of treats but I was not sure which one to try.

The lady tried to enticed me to eat her treats of her stall but i did not like any I kept spitting them out. The Liver one was disgusting.

We posed by a Indian think it was plastic.

We watched a bit of line dancing.

Chris said I'm always posting pics of the family and it was time for my turn.
These pic's were sent to me from Robin hood who I'm dancing with. I have not seen him for many years but found him on the web site Face book.

Yes Williams home for leave so the house is quite busy here with Emma and her boyfriend all together, I'm sure caz will be glad to move to there bigger house with loads more space.

Wedding Anniversay

Today was Caz and Chris's wedding Anniversary 23 years. Chris took Caz out for Frühstück (breakfast) they ate and ate until they nearly burst its a buffet with everything you could possibly think of to eat for breakfast.
They had some beautiful flowers from Emma and her boyfriend.
I had to check them out.

I saw the flowers and just had to have a good sniff.

These smell great had to get up for a closer sniff

We are very busy at the mo and that is why we are neglecting our blog a bit.As I said we are moving house and last week we went to have a look at the outside of the new house we are going to in muenster. So we took some photo's of the outside and thought you might like to have a look. We did not take any photo's of inside, but hey what do you think of the huge garden, I'm sure Lilly could live in the garden too hahahahahahahahahhahahahahah.

I hope to try and keep up with the blogging but Caz is busy packing and sorting out the move but I'm sure she can find a mo to plug the laptop in for me.

Well I'm back to my cool dudey self and it feeeeeeeeeeeeeels good!!!!
I'm all stripped and just in time for the good weather not only does my coat feel great but I'm not so hot.
I noticed that my hair filled three quarters of a bin bag. You could stuff a pillow with that.
Well after the final titivation Caz gave me a shower with my special shampoo, well after she had spent ages looking for it. We normally keep it in the cupboard at the top of the stairs with all the other shampoo's, soaps, deodorant's and bubble bath.
After Caz had pulled the entire stuff out she shouted down to Emma had she taken any shampoo out of the cupboard she said "Only the intensive shampoo in the posh bottle".
Emma ran upstairs to get the bottle from her bedroom and showed Caz. Caz with a straight face said, "How long have you been using this". Emma went on to explain she had used it for a couple of months only a little bit because she thought it was a intensive shampoo and did not need much. "Oh" Caz said "I wondered why you had been cocking your leg up against lamp posts and sniffing peoples bums on meeting them". Emma said "What do you mean"? "you've been using the dog shampoo you idiot"Caz said.
Caz had to agree her hair was sleek and shiny and full of condition.
Emma could not stop laughing and her boyfriend thought she was Barking. hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahaha.

Anyway after smelling gorgeous after the shower when Chris came home we went to the woods and walked to the pub for a beer.We came back the field way and it was so peaceful the evening was light and warm for 8.00. Well we came across a yummy field and to be honest with you was surprised they let me off. They had not noticed at first that it had just been sprayed with muck. I scooted around the field with my beardy dragging in the smelly cow muck.I was tuck butting all the round the field whilst watching the crazy woman flipping out saying quick get him off the muck he is going to get filthy. I on the other hand was having far to much fun to walk with them. Chris calmed me down and we walked slowly back to the car.I stank my beard was smelly and caz's trainers spent the night on the door step, in fact the car still smells now. Of course I'm back clean again you can't stay dirty in this house for long lol.

This was Emma schooling lilly today she is doing really well and growing still she will be 4 soon .It was a funny day weather wise sunny one min and snowing the next.

Well I've not posted for a while but lots of exciting things have been happening.
I've heard Caz and Chris talking about a new posting.A new posting you ask well I found out this is a Army term for moving.Apparently Chris has a new works contract another 5 years,as Osnabruck is closing and all the Army is leaving Osnabruck for good and handing all the camps back to the German Stadt. We will be moving to Munster and we move in 2 months.So loads of things for them to sort out and organise and they still do not know where in Muenster they will be living yet.
I have been with them a few times to Muenster looking for stables for Lilly and looking at the area. I'm sure its going to be very busy the few months with packing etc.

Well yes she has started stripping me again, I'm down to the black jacket off and one shoulder oh and around the neck. Its been exhausting me having to sleep while Caz strips me and to cap it all its been snowing and cold. At least I will be back to my cool dude self and not scruff bag of the year. Once Caz has finished me I will get her to take some photo's.

Well it wont be long till William is home again it sounds like he is having the time of his life he did 21ks yomp the other day then camped out and yomped back again, that sounds fun wish I was there.
